In wheat we are working on Septoria tritici blotch and Fusarium head blight while in barley scald, netblotch and powdery mildew.  Identifying resistant lines & novel genetic markers. Developing protocols for large scale screening.

Developing automated methods for phenotyping under controlled and field conditions. 

Implementing linkage mapping, GWAS & genomic selection in several crops.

Developing methods to evaluate forage germplasm for drought tolerance and response to irrigation. Methods are developed for both indoor and field conditions.
